Busy Film/TV Production Company is looking for a cheerful, hardworking and energetic Office Manager/Receptionist. Candidate must be detailed-oriented, resourceful, able to prioritize and multitask, have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include:
Front Desk meet & greet
Arranging messengers, receiving shipments
Heavy phone management (answering phones, taking messages)
Assisting with Hiring and managing interns
Creating & Processing Invoices
Ordering & Maintaining office supplies
General Admin duties, copying/faxing/filing
Organize/arrange check outs for equipment
Be the liason to IT team/vendors

College degree preferred, proficient in PC’s with experience in an office environment.
