Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Our client is a retained, NYC based financial services executive search firm servicing the world’s most prestigious firms in Investment Banking.
Their specialties include: ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS, CAPITAL MARKETS, CORPORATE/STRATEGY/FINANCE, INVESTMENT BANKING and WEALTH MANAGEMENT.
Responsibilities:
• Office management – Insure that the Database is running smoothly, order office/computer supplies, maintains conference and interviewing rooms; full front-office responsibilities.
• Scheduling: Work with candidates/clients to arrange meetings/interviews. Handle own correspondence and follow-up.
• Setting up new business meetings
• Coordinating events
• Administrative duties, as needed for the 5 partner team.
Candidate profile:
• Prior retained search experience (Financial Services a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be organized and possess good writing skills
• Must have excellent follow-up and attention to detail
Compensation/Benefits - Base salary plus bonus. Full Medical/Dental coverage + 401k
Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
