Technical Support Specialist
at Company in Cleveland, OH
Machinery manufacturing organization seeking candidates for technical support to interface between company and customers. Position is for industrial machinery field support. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems required, as well as computer literacy for correspondence, service reports and sales order status.
We are looking for people who have the following qualifications:
- Good electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- General computer literacy with Microsoft OS, and Office software.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task between ongoing projects, while meeting deadlines.
- Positive, can do attitude.
Some travel required.
Associate degree in Eng. or equivalent.
An understanding of CAD software a plus.
