Part-time P/T Data Entry Personal Assistant

Position Requirements:
A minimum of one year office experience required.
Needs to have experience and knowledge of social networking.
Must be reliable, loyal and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Working knowledge of MS office, including Outlook, Internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to learn new programs as needed.
Ability to adapt, multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced changing environment.
Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills; have a high energy level and be self motivated.
Must have the ability to work well in stressful situations and maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with others.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Answer multiple phone lines efficiently in a professional and personable manner.
Must be accurate and proficient in data entry.
Must be able to keep all information confidential.
Answer questions and give accurate information relating to the Mile High Marketplace.
Make reservations accurately over the telephone and in person. Greet visitors and give directions in a pleasant and expeditious manner.
On market days responsibilities will include, but are not limited to reservations, space changes, cash handling for internal and external customers, paging services, making announcements, completing all duties on check list.
