Job Description and Qualifications:
Our client is looking for a special kind of PA/Administrator to join their organisation.
This is busy and varied role requirement great business acumen and networking skills.
Ideally you will have come from a solid PA/Admin position where you have built up a variety of business skills over a period of time.
My client is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual keen to gain experience within the field of international consulting.
This is a really good opportunity to learn all about international business.
Here are the main responsibilities:
General Office Management
� Reception desk
� Financial Correspondence
� Postage and General Filing
Communication with Inland Revenue
� Filing Accounts
Accounts administration (book keeping)
� Preparation of annual accounts for dormant and non-trading companies
� Accounts information input into SAGE
� Liaising with Barclays � financial queries
Invoicing and credit control assistance
� Preparation and issuing all Clients invoices
� Chasing up invoices, payment reminders
� Translation of accounts documentation
Client correspondence and enquiries
Other Requirements
� Excellent spoken/written English
� German language
� Motivated to develop in the position/job and to take responsibility
� A neat appearance, trustworthy and loyal
� Some travel to other European countries
