Full-time Customer Service Rep

at Accounting Firm in Philadelphia, PA

The Customer Service Rep will provide customer service to walk-ins and existing clients in Tax & Accounting office located in NE Philadelphia.
Duties include answering telephone calls and reponding to email messages ensuring a timely resolution to prospect and client inquires. Enter client tax information in tax software. Perform other office coordination and/or clerical support functions.

Knowledge of basic office computer skills are required, including Microsoft Word & Excel. Tax preparation experience preferred.
