This position is responsible for providing support and administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President of Ad Sales . The position is responsible for assisting the department manager that operates the division as well as the coordination of daily projects for senior management.
This also includes administrative support for the department Manager including answering phones, appointment scheduling, booking travel, maintaining client database, compiling finance information, coordination of information from the departmental managers as well as managing the communication with outer offices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a plus. Training will be available.
