Job Title: Event Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Event Supervisor is responsible for flawless program execution through overall Event Specialist coaching and performance management, team fulfillment, quota management, incentive and recognition management, and program training.

The Event Supervisor will allow an individual to gain a clear understanding of the sales and marketing function within a field sales rep organization.
Job Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 Event Specialist touch base telephone calls
Communicate with Event Specialist to address field issues/discrepancies
Communicate with DSM to discuss store coverage/activity
Fill Team Openings
Manage up to 20 Event Specialist, responsible for time keeping, performance reviews and overall direction of Event Specialist's.
Build strong relationships with store managers and store customers
Report event success daily via our online reporting system

Safety: must have the ability to perform the job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Will utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Will be proactive in alerting Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in event marketing, demonstrations or retail/grocery is highly desirable
Experience with computers and websites
Knowledgeable in retail sales techniques is preferred
Excellent organization, time management, and reporting skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong coaching and performance management skills; problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Willingness to work weekends when necessary
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Must complete Food Safety course, exam, and any additional requirements in accordance with local regulations which may include 8-15 hours of online or in-person training and a one hour exam
Must pass online Food Safety Certification exam
