Currently we are looking for a long-term candidate who is reliable, multi-tasked, organized, self motivated and efficient. Position will report to CEO. Minimum AA degree in Business administration preferred, and at least four years work experience in a corporate setting. Payroll experience (Online Paychex or Compupay) for multiple employees a must, quickbooks, and Microsoft word/excell. Must be bi-lingual (English-Spanish) and have a PERFECT command of English, both orally and written. Translated English documents into Spanish and be able to proof and write professional letters.
