Administrative,Personal Assistant/Customer Service-

Applicants must have at least 0-6 months of office experience.
-Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Experience handling shipping and receiving is a plus.
-Will be assisting various departments in the company.
-Must be multi tasked and detail oriented.

Job Description
• Manages day to day operation of the therapy practice.
• Organizes and maintains a filing system for patient charts.
• Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry or directs caller to appropriate personnel.
• Completes patient intakes including scheduling appointments and entering appointment date and time into computerized scheduler.
• Conducts reminder calls to all patients.
• Greets and directs patients.
• Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate.
• Makes appropriate changes in computer system and on patient's chart.
• Assists with verifying insurance coverage for planned treatment.
• Assists with Marketing/ Promotion of KidWorks.
• Must be a self starter and motivated to take initiative to create a positive and effective working environment.

Job Requirements:
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be organized and able to set up systems for organization
• Must be a self starter and motivated to take initiative to create a positive and effective working environment.
• Able to multi-task without difficulty
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, outlook, networks, and accounting software
• Helpful for someone who has prior experience in a medical office setting
• Be detailed oriented
• Flexible
• Love working with people
• Comfortable and competent with managing people
• Will also act as a personal assistant to owner
• Reliability and integrity are a must
