Restaurant Manager Position Available
Family owned and operated 24 hour restaurant is looking to fill a full time management position on the late night shift.
Open for 24 years going on 25, we are seeking to bolster our existing management structure with the right individual for a unique position within our team.
As owner operators, we have a policy of Total Management Participation. Are you a hands on operator who knows when to take out the trash and when to refill the drinks? When to flip the burger or bus the table?When to motivate and when to participate-or rather how to do both? Can you juggle 12 different tasks and/or people at once while keeping an eye on the bottom line? Can you see the big picture amongst the tiny details?
Being 24 hours, this position is unique in that it is on our late night shift. Full time work is available for the right dependable individual who is up for a little turn with an unconventnial schedule.
Can you blend in with an eclectic mix of after-show diners, all nighter study hounds, industry workers after work, extra extra early risers, midnight vultures, and fresh faced party hoppers just trying to find their way to a good meal on their travels home? We might have the right gig for you.
