Admin/Sales Leader

We are looking for an administrative leader for the company.
Although the main requirements are day to day operations, designing (marketing material, managing the company calendar, keeping track of marketing opportunities in the company but is not limited to those. You will be involved in sales and marketing as well. This role is very dynamic and there will something new to learn every day. You might not be familiar with a task but must be willing to learn and run with it.
We don’t overwhelm people but empower them by giving them a variety of opportunities and tasks. We like to open new avenues from them to learn. We are no google but we have great ideas, small team, competitive environment and passion for our work. We believe there is no better time than now to succeed. The essential skills required for this job are–
1. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Emails
2. Proficient with CRM systems
3. Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator
4. Familiarity with the use of social media – email marketing, facebook, twitter
5. Fluent in English
Preference will be given to people who are also work with Adobe Flash and/or editing suites like Final Cut Pro but it’s not required
Applicants should have good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Stay-at-home moms and new college graduates are encouraged to apply because this position does not require travel.
The current requirement is for 3-4 hours for 3 days during the week but is expected to grow with time and especially depending on the skills of the person.
Pay starts at $12 an hour + sales commission
