Executive Assistant to Senior Executive

Executive Assistant to Senior Executive, Executive Offices, San Francisco.
Successful candidate must be a "team-player" and be willing to wear all hats in order to back their administrative team. The ideal candidate must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Qualified candidates must have 6+ years of experience supporting a senior Executive. A 4-year degree is required.
Responsibilities include:
• Heavy travel coordination (both international and domestic)
• Managing multiple calendars in Outlook
• Scheduling meetings and calls
• Organizing BOD meetings, calls and scheduling
• Managing contacts in the database
• Coordinating internal meetings with team and managing travel and meetings for conferences and events
• Interfacing with high level, worldwide executives
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree
• Strong technical skills particularly with MS Office and Outlook.
• Highly organized, both in physical space and paper handling but also with respect to information and activities.
• Advanced planning skills to think through issues, business meetings and/or company meetings and events.
• Ability to anticipate, prioritize and juggle a variety of tasks.
• Smart, focused, polished and articulate.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Will take pride in doing an A+ administrative job and in contributing to the productivity of the overall company.
