Full-time Executive Administrative Assistant

at Company in New York City, NY

Seeking candidates for an immediate opening as temporary position that may advance to a permanent position. Must have experience as an executive assistant, office manager and/or admin assistant and work well in a small office setting. Candidate should posses the following:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the office-based workforce
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and computer literacy (knowledge of graphics software Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, etc. a plus)
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to work closely with supervisor
- Business writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set up and manage hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of the value of providing premier customer service
