Full-time Puchasing/Licensing Administrator

Leading, Profitable online advertising company is rapidly expanding domestically and internationally. We are recruiting a Purchasing/Licensing Administrator.

The Purchasing/Licensing Administrator is responsible: for maintaining detailed records of all contracts, agreements and licensing; Obtaining competitive quotes for all equipment and software required by the IT department; preparing purchase orders; receiving purchases and working with Accounts Payable for timely processing. Additional projects will be assigned.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
