Executive Assistant in Marketing/Advertising

Owner/Chairman of national real estate company seeks energetic, self-motivated Executive Assistant for marketing and administrative support in Century City office.
Immediate full-time opening.


Responsibilities:
• Manage cutting-edge website including ecommerce content
• Interface with internet lead resources (Apts.com, 4rent.com, Aptguide.com, etc.) to help drive traffic to our destinations
• Act as liaison between owner and web designer to execute web design/layout modifications
• Work directly with Owner on creative marketing projects and promotions
• Administrative duties including phone, email and written correspondence


Requirements:
• BA or higher in Marketing/Advertising or related field
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of websites and ecommerce
• Familiarity with web traffic optimization a plus
• Experience in marketing/advertising with aptitude for creativity
• Professional phone and written communication ability
• Strong typing/spelling skills
• Tenacity to follow-through on all tasks and assignments - work well with deadlines
• Must be organized and flexible
• Enthusiastic, self starter
• Social Networking awareness (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
