Full-time Administrative Assistant

at Company in Los Angeles, CA

Administrative Front Office Assistant-Real Estate office. Work closely with Broker on diversified r.e.transactions, REO's, data entry, answering phones,
coordinating projects, communication with agents, r.e.board; help with marketing/advertising and p/r for company. No one day will be exactly the same, so you will not be bored. Great employer/owner/broker; competitive salary with opportunity for continuous bonuses; beautiful brand new offices on Ventura Blvd. (Encino).
Requirements:
solid work history, real estate experience a BIG plus, familiar with many computer programs and adept to using them (excel, powerpoint,etc.) strong work ethic but the ability to also be yourself in a relaxed working environment with a team who works hard but knows how to laugh; efficiency with machinery usage (faxing, scanning documents, etc.). We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a great company on a long term basis..no job hoppers, please. This is more than a job. It is a career opportunity with a rewarding future. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Good phone and customer service skills.
