Full-time Administrative Assistant-Full Time

We are looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant to manage specific projects as required. Such projects include create and manage Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations utilizing company templates.

The perfect candidate will be someone who has the ability and resourcefulness to work independently on specific projects as required. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to follow tasks and projects to completion. Communication skills are a must for this position.

Other Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
-Travel arrangements
-Expense reporting
-Calendaring
-Meeting planning
-Procedure updates
-General administrative duties

Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Salary benefits will fit your experience. 1 year experience minimum. $50k/year starting salary. Send your resume in Microsoft Word format or as a copy and paste.
