-5 Years professional experience
-Musician/band experience
-Operations planning, modeling and scheduling experience
-Employee and subcontractor recruitment, screening, hiring, & management experience
-Experience negotiating contractual agreements
-Strong mathematical skills
-Strong PC, XLS & Web Skills
-SUPERB organization, communication and reliability is essential
-Uncompromising accuracy in all aspects of performance
-Fast learning curve
-Some travel
-Proven history of accomplishment
-Superb references
-College degree preferred
