Restaurant Bar Manager

Currently interviewing for a strong Bar Manager with solid, high volume experience exceeding 5 million per year.
Must have salarired management experience as a Bar Manager responsible for inventory, ordering, hiring etc...that includes direct experience with P&L's.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on motivator of staff and extremely guest focused. Managers are on the floor each and every shift and have a high level of guest contact.
The prefered candidate will have a stable job history from high volume bar operations with progressive responsibility.
