Part-Time Billing & Administrative Assistant

Locally owned company seeking a billing and administrative assistant to work part-time, 20-30 hours per week. Candidates must have strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro 2008 software, as well as general experience with invoicing & billing. Strong administrative experience also required. Employee will be using QuickBooks for coding of receipts and data entry. Will also be assisting with answering phones, memos and correspondence, reviewing and editing documents and contracts. Quickbooks experience required. Must also have experience within construction field performing bookkeeping or general accounting responsibilities. Position operates out of a small office environment, so being an effective team player is essential!

Schedule will be flexible Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but candidate must be available to work at least 1/2 days on Tuesday and Fridays.

Pay: $11/hour+ depending on experience
