Growing Property Management/Real Estate Development company seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to manage a small, dynamic organization. Work in the exciting Clean Energy industry with professionals who are on the cutting edge of Smart Building technology!

Selected applicant MUST have prior experience supporting executives and also must have experience in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, you will support executives with correspondence, calendaring, light bookkeeping and accounting, database maintenance, general clerical tasks, light telephones, email and other responsibilities as assigned. This is a fast-paced, professional environment perfect for someone who is well-organized, detail oriented and customer service-focused.

Must have five years plus as an executive administrative assistant preferably in the small company environment and possess advanced experience in MS Word and Excel (ability to manipulate spreadsheets and create spreadsheets). Yardi software is preferable. Powerpoint, Outlook, Explorer, database and accounting package Yardi.
