Top candidate will have skills and experiences, with track record that lends itself to: Greeting clients, coordinating appointments and schedules, very light phones, PDF-emailing, set up for conferences and workshops. You’ll learn our systems and procedures to assist us in producing better, faster business results with founder-lead companies. You’ll create forms using CS3 and Photoshop, enter data in Quickbooks, print checks. You’ll also use your skills to set up online service interactions on our behalf like icontact.com, infousa.com, godaddy.com, perform on-line research. 5 plus years working independently and with a team as a terrific right hand person; fully versed in PC MS Office Suite. Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks Pro a plus. Page layout using PC and/or MAC also a plus. Some college education desired. Life experience highly valued.
